Hi guys any help would be appreciated on this case
Left Lap transperitoneal Nephroureterectomy with Open Distal Ureterectomy,limited periaortic retroperitoneal lymph node dissection

I was thinking CPT 50546 and 50650 for the open distal ureterectomy
what about the limited periaortic retroperitoneal lymph node dissection?
I was looking at the unlisted 38589 any ideas or suggestions here?
