I am torn between using 58662 or 58679 with like code 49322 for this procedure. I have seen it coded both ways. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you in advance!

I would go with 58679 due to being done laparoscopy. When I path drilling ovary in 3m encoder it gives an unlisted procedure as well; but since this was
lap for sure go with 58679. Happy coding!
 
I think there has been some change in guidance over the years, which could result in seeing it done both ways. Somewhere around 20 years ago ACOG advised to use 49322 for laparoscopic ovarian drilling. More recently, the guidance was changed to use unlisted 58679 with comparison to 49322.
