Wiki Laparoscopic Radical Prostatectomy WITHOUT nerve sparing

Hello,
We have a provider who performed a robotic laparoscopic radical prostatectomy but did not preserve the neurovascular bundle. CPT 55866 indicates the code description as "including nerve sparing". How would you code this when there is no nerve preservation? We have been tossing around appending a -52 or going unlisted. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hello in the coder desk reference part of the prostatectomy is dissecting from the neurovascular bundle. To me that is perserving the nerve or sparing the nerve due to no nerve was removed. No need to ammend mod 52. If documentation isn't there about the dissecting from neurovascular bundle maybe education or query. Hope that helps!
