Laparoscopic removal of infarcted epiploicae

Per the op note the Laparoscope was instered and there also appeared to be an infarcted epiploicae in the rectosigmoid. There was a small infarcted stump on this, and therefore this was easily removed with the Endoshears. Then removed through the suprapubic incision.

I work for an ob/gyn and I wasn't sure what CPT code use on this surgery. Thank you so much in advance for your help. :confused:
