Hello!

We bill S2083 to commercial payers (not Medicare) for lap-band adjustments. We also bill 77002-26 when the adjustment is performed using fluoroscopy. Commercial payers (primarily BlueCross and Aetna) are denying the fluoroscopy charge as bundled. Anyone else billing this way and seeing denials?

we bill (usually) 74240, 77002, and s2083(in office) we have no problem with bcbs, but aetna oxford and cigna -do not radiology codes in office--was this in post op period?
