Is it a double osteotomy 28299 or 28297, 28310 -59?

I know an Austin and Akin is a double, not sure about a lapidus with an akin.

Any help would be appreciated

there is no osteotomy in a Lapidus...no double...and the akin is included in 28297 per cci
