I need to code a diagnosis of large cup to disc ratio. Would a glaucoma suspect 365.00 be appropriate to use for this type of diagnosis?

I need to code a diagnosis of large cup to disc ratio. Would a glaucoma suspect 365.00 be appropriate to use for this type of diagnosis?

I'll assign 377.14 WO any definitive dx of glaucoma.

Pls look up
cupping of the optic disc-377.14{377.14- Glaucomatous atrophy (cupping) of optic disc}

Need to confirm
for ANY prior Dr's DX of glaucoma. Is the indication a “screening”, if so the PDX changes.

cup-to-disc ratio is a measurement used in ophthalmology and optometry to assess the progression of glaucom.The optic disc can be flat or it can have a certain amount of normal cupping. But glaucoma, which is due to an increase in intra-ocular pressure, produces additional pathological cupping of the optic disc.

Thanks
