Laryngoscopy, direct, with Prolaryn injection into vocal cord

Is there any provider that is performing a direct laryngoscopy with a theraputic injection into the vocal cord(s) in the office? My provider wants to perform this service in the office. We will be submitting CPT 31570 for the procedure but does anyone know if you can bill for the drug separately and if yes, what code to bill? I have seen the drug listed as:

L8607 Injectable bulking agent for vocal cord medialization, 0.1 ml
Q2026 Injection, Radiesse, 0.1 ml

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
