What code would you use for laser ablation of the floor of the mouth?

The patient has a history of squamous cell carcinoma which was resected and repaired with a graft. The patient now has irregular areas that were biopsied and then the laser was used to ablate the irregular areas.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
