Can someone assist me in finding codes for laser revascularization of the right popliteal and the right peroneal arteries and angioplasty of the RT SFA, popliteal and peroneal arteries.
 
The Laser Rep Instructed Us To Use The Approiate Percutaneous Atherectomy Codes. So For The Peroneal And Pop You Would Use 35493 For Pop, 35495 For Peroneal With A -59 And Then 35474 For Angioolasty Of Femoral Also With A -59 Modifier, Plus You Cath Placement And Also Any S & I Codes, We Don Not Use S & I For The Atherectomy.
