I am at a loss. I can not find a procedure code for Laser Suture Lysis. I am leaning toward 65860 but am really not confident in the code selection. Can anyone offer advice for a procedure code? :confused:
 
there is no code for cutting sutures with the laser. It is not separately billable. It's part of removing them after they were put in (which was payable).

If the doctor doing the lysis is not the original surgeon, then you can bill the lysis as office visit, with appropriate documentation of course.
