Wiki Lat Flap for Breast Reconstruction?

We have a patient who had breast reconstruction and now has an open wound in her chest area from radiation. We are doing a Latissimus flap for coverage. Would that be 19361 since it is from breast reconstruction or would it be 15734 a regular flap closure of open wound? Thank you!
 
It seems more fitting to use the breast reconstruction code 19361. CPT Assistant Aug 1996 states these codes should be used regardless of whether the reconstruction is immediate or delayed. Hope this helps....
