Doc did an arthroscopic debridement with posterior capsular remplissage and an open latarjet procedure. Diagnosis is shoulder anterior/inferior instability with failed arthroscopic bankart capsulorrhaphy. Could I use 23462 for the laterjet and 29806 for the remplissage? any help would be greatly appreciated!
