I would appreciate any feedback re: "late entry " billing
Example: Patient was seen by Dr.X on 4/12/13, doctor documented week later 4/19/13
as "late enrty" patient was seen on 4/12/13.....
Is late entry documentation billable? If not, can anyone please reference any article about this?
