How would you bill a lateral view of a c-spine? The cpt book only has the c-spine as 2-3 views. The physician does not specify the level only states that it is a lateral view? Any suggestions?? Thank you

72020 is single view, spine, any level (cervical, thoracic or lumbosacral) - don't use if more complet exam done on the same day . . .
