I have an op report that states hallux abductovalgus of first MTP which I know to use 735.0, but doc also states patient had a MTPJ release for laterally deviated 2nd and 3rd digit , what icd-9 code can I use for this "deviated digit"? when that's all that stated in the op report. Im coding for ASC.
