If a pt. comes to have a well exam (pap smear) and they could not get enough cells, so they have the pt. come back again. What would be the diagnosis that I would use on this visit?

I feel it would be the same Dx they originally came in for. Was the first one charged out? They are still having it for the same reason, correct?
Yes, That would be correct. That's what I thought. Just not charge for the pt. for one of the visit.
