Hello, this is an in-patient charge.... this patient is having Direct Laryngoscopy with bx and a planned tracheostomy ( for airway control). Are these reportable and will they be paid by Medicare since the laryngoscopy can be done as outpatient. Patient has a history of tongue cancer ?
