POS to be hospital inpatient, hospital outpatient or physcian based office. Am I right that at one time the Dr. or PA had to be in the room during the Stress
Test, but per Medicare LCD, the Dr. or PA now can be present within the same office, suite or within the hospital for emergencies or questions as long
as the person performing the test is qualified?

A stress test requires "direct" supervision-(in the office suite). "Personal" supervision (in the same room) is not required per Medicare.
