Any laboratory billers can assist with a recent LCD guideline?

This policy has completely changed our billing because this effects our major test. These diagnosis are very specific, but until you diagnosis someone you cannot select one of these diagnosis. Therefore the diagnosis codes the providers use are generally just the symptom till we get the results back from the test, but if the results are negative and there isn't another diagnosis to use then our claim will get denied. Any suggestions on how we can proceed?
