I work for a Pain Management Clinic. We have been billing for Immunoassays because of the machine we have. Now the clinic is wanting to purchase an LCMS (gas-liquid chromatography mass spectromiter). We have been getting about $278.00 for the Assays. Has anyone billed for the LCMS & what is the usual reimbursement? Thanks.
