We have two LCPC's that travel to clinics owned by the hospital and see Medicare pts. Medicare is telling us that in this case the supervisor has to be on location and a MD. Is it okay for us to bill the LCPC with a Family Practice physician as the supervisor?

No, it's not allowed. In a facility place of service you are required to bill Medicare under the credentials of the provider who actually performed the services. 'Incident to' billing under a supervising physician is only allowed in an office place of service and when all of the other 'incident to' requirements are also met.
