Hello,

I need to some clarification regarding LCSW billing.

Some back ground information out place of service will be the patient's home for palliative care, not hospice.

If the diagnosis is a mental health issue we should bill the 90832 -90837?

If the diagnosis is related to physical health issue we should bill 96150-96155?

Plus can anyone point me to a good referrance for LCSW billing?
