I am curious about how LCSW are able to bill for services in Georgia. I have been doing some research online with CMS and would appreciate any help those more experienced could give me in this area. Are LCSW able to provide services on their own without a physician? Do all services given by a LCSW have to be incident to a medical physician?

90791 Initial
90832 16-37 min psychotherapy
90834 38-52 min psychotherapy
90837 53 min or more psychotherapy
90875 Interactive complexity
99354 prolonged services
90839 Crisis Intervention
90840 add on for crisis, check time requirement in the CPT manual
90853 group psychotherapy

90150 assessment when patient has a mental health condition due to a physical condition
-90151 re-assessment
-90152 psychotherapy

These are the main ones
You'll find these in your CPT code and can look up the specific description
