i am coding an NST for "leaking fluid" in third trimester... what dx code should i use?

So what did they find? If the NST was normal, but they documented premature rupture of membranes, use an O42 code. If the fluid was just leaking with no rupture and the NST was normal code O41.9 with Z03.71. If they could not confirm that the fluid was amniotic fluid (sometimes the patient is leaking urine) and the NST was normal code only Z03.71. If the NST was abnormal, code that result.
