IF a patient has a LBundle pacing lead implanted; advanced to RV septum, advanced into myocardium with a Left Bundle paced morphology, using a mdt 38/30-69 pacing lead, should this be billed as a dual chamber or as an LV ?
and IF it is to be billed as an LV, what should the appropriate C code be used?
