Hi All,

Just looking for some guidance or reassurance.

Indication:
PVD
Abnormal arterial ultrasound

Procedures:
1) Left lower extremity angiography
2) Selective cath placement left SFA via contralateral based approach
3) Aortic arch angiogram (Question of left arm claudication)
4) 15 minutes moderate conscious sedation

Am I correct with 36247 and 75710-26?

Thank you.
