Hi, I need help coding a benign spindle cell neoplasm. Dr coded D23.4-- OTHER BENIGN NEOPLASM OF SKIN OF SCALP AND NECK, and I feel that is wrong. however, I cant find a replacement code that makes sense. Biopsy was done, and I am coding a post op visit.......thanks!
