Im new to cardiology coding and am confused. If my doctor performs a LHC 93458 and writes Lt subclavin on the fee ticket, isn't the lt subclavin included? Please help..

If his interpretation of the subclavian is for the LIMA, then you have 93459 - Lt heart w/ grafts.
