I have a denial for 77073 when we billed with a 73564 I couldn't find any information showing the two were bundled? Any help is appreciated
 
There is a NCCI edit in place.
Code 73564 is a column 2 code for 77073 , but a modifier is allowed in order to differentiate between the services provided.
