Leiomyosarcoma of the Sigmoid Colon. Code to the sight of origin which would be the sigmoid colon C18.7 or code to the soft tissue C49.4?

We have it coded to the site, but the provider is insisting that it should be coded to connective tissue. We have found documentation stating if the Leiomyosarcoma has originated in an organ, then it should be coded to the site. Does anyone have any helpful thoughts?
 
Per the ICD-10 manual, you are to code Leiomyosarcoma using the Neoplasm table under Neoplasm, connective tissue, intestinal, malignant.
