Lengthering of the IT band

Hello!

How would you code this? " While I had the patient in full extension and was attacking the tenosynovitis with my shaver, I noted that the IT band was quite tight in extension. I felt that this may be causing some of the mechanical symptoms that was having, so I decided at that time to use needle trephination to produce a partial lengthering of the IT band.'' This procedure was done arthroscopically.

IT band release was not the only procedure performed. The surgeon did a synovectomy - (29875) also. Is 29873 bundled into 29875?

I appreciate your help!
