Being new to dermatology as a coder, can removal of lentigo with electro intensity be billed? What CPT code will allow this?
 
I have never heard of "electro intensity." However, there is a code for destruction of malignant lesion (17260-17286) that can be used for "any method" including "electrosurgery," so that should work.
