hey guys,

I'm an obgyn coder and instead of using the biopsy code for vulvar for a lesion removal in that area aapc's obgyn study guide directs me to use codes 11400-11646 and was just wondering if the doctor documents the size of the lesion removed is 2 x 3 x 2cm, can i interpret that as 3 being the largest diameter and the 2's being the margins to calculate the size so i can choose the correct code?
