The lesion 1 cm was curetted using a round curette.
The base and sides of the resulting wound were electrodesiccated with a 2 to 3mm margin. Curettage and electrodesiccation were repeated for a total of 3 cycles. And was send out for biopsy, Spindled cell neoplasm. Final Pathologic Diagnosis. V​
