I know this may be a silly question, but when you are leveling your history, and your HPI, ROS, and PFSH are all over the place (ie HPI brief, ROS detailed, and PFSH comprehensive) how do you choose what level it is?

You would select the lowest of the 3. HPI brief would correspond with expanded problem focus. You should get an audit score sheet from your MAC or other reliable source.
