Hello,

Is there a separate code for the placement of catheter on the aortogram via radial approach? I code 93458 for the LHC with coronary angiogram via femoral, but I'm confused if there's a separate code for the placement of catheter on doing the abdominal aortogram/ bil. ext run off 75625-59, 75716-59, i can't code 36200 because it runs an edit with 93458. Can I code 36140-59 instead? I'm confused because I thought if it reaches the aorta you're supposed to code 36200. Please enlighten me on this.

I would bill this as LHC- 93458 and the 75625-59, 75716-59 & 36140-59. (36140: intro of the needle or intracatheter; extremity artery)
