Wiki LHC with or with modifier 26 for 2011

Can any one point me in the direction of whether or not modifier 26 will be needed on the new LHC code for 2011 (93452). The imaging supervision and interpretation when performed is included. So with that said would the physician side bill out the 93452 with out modifier 26 which will make a global charge or will we still append modifier 26 and only get reimbursed the professional portion?? Please help!!
