if my doc did a lhc and selective coronary angio which could should I use 93458 or 93459 thanks in advance:)
 
AS I do not see the official report all I can say is:

CPT 93458 is LHC, catheter crossing the valve into LV taking measurements, LV gram if performed and selective angio of the coronary arteries (i.e. Circumflex, LAD, RCA, R intermedius)

CPT 93459 is the same as the above with the addition to angiogram of the Coronary Bypass grafts (SVG Grafts or Arterial Conduits)
