Wiki Lidocaine -trigger point injections

Please help me with the code to use for the charge of the medication (lidocaine). This is being used for trigger point injections.

You cannot charge for the Lidocaine, it's considered an anesthetic and is included in the procedure (injection). You can code for any steroids or other drugs that are injected

Since the doc pays and owns the meds, can we charge for the medication supply?
