Ligation of facial artery

Hello,

I code for trauma providers and my provider documents:
"the large 15 cm left facial laceration was explored, active hemorrhage was present from three distal branches of the facial artery. These were clamped with hemostats and definitive hemorrhage control was obtained with medium clips and silk ties."

I need help with finding the correct code for ligation of facial artery? Thank you!

The facial artery is a branch of the external carotid artery , I wonder if 37600-37606 would be appropriate ??
