Wiki Light ureteral catheters included??

When a physician does a cysto and inserts lighted ureteral catheters (52005) during a laparoscopic sacrocolpopexy (57425), would that be included in the procedure and not separately billable? The coder before be used to bill it with a 59 but I am not sure if that is appropriate.
