When you post a limited echo (93308.26) and a spectral and color flow doppler are documented, can you bill 93321.26 and 93325.26 as well?
I have notes stating for a limited you code 93308.26 and 93321.26 only.
Any help will be appreciated

As long as the documentation/findings support 93325-26 you can bill with 93308-26 & 93321-26. There are no NCCI edits and the parenthetical note under 93325 states:

"(Use in conjunction with 76825, 76286, 76828, 93303, 93304, 93308, 93312, 93314, 93315, 93317, 93350, 93351)"
