Hello,
Can B20 be a diagnosis code for vaccinations and the vaccine admin codes? Or is it always Z23?
This patient came in for a follow up appointment, and also got two vaccines (Pneumococcal conjugate vaccine 90670 and TDAP 90715), but the doc just linked B20 to all CPT codes, no other diagnoses was coded.
