just to settle a discussion-would this code be from 114xx or 21xxx path report came back as adipose consistant with lipoma

NARRATIVE: This is a pleasant 53-year-old male growing a lipoma in the posterior portion of his neck. It is becoming more painful to him and he would like to have it excised.
PROCEDURE: On the day of surgery he was brought into the Operating Room and placed in the right lateral decubitus position on the Operating Room table. Sedation was administered. A transverse incision of 8 cm was planned. This was infiltrated with half percent Marcaine with epinephrine. An incision was made with 15 blade. Deeper tissue divided with electrocautery. The lipoma was immediately encountered. It was multilobulated, but it was gently teased from surrounding tissue with blunt dissection and some electrocautery dissection, it was completely excised intact. It was sent to pathology in formalin. Bleeding was controlled with electrocautery. The skin was closed with running subcuticular 4-0 Monocryl. Stitches were reinforced with Steri-Strips. The patient tolerated the procedure well and was brought to the Recovery Room in satisfactory condition.

Thanks! just making sure because the hospital used 11426 and was denied-we were paid but used 2xxxx code and they would like us to change it :/ I was doubting myself for a minute!!
