Wiki Lipoma removal

I have a provider that takes out ALOT of lipoma's at one time. There are several CPT codes involved such as 21552, 27337, 21931 & 24075. I know that some insurances only allow so many of each code each time. Is there any way around this? Any other suggestions on how to get these claims paid?
