Hello,
Patient has a Rt foot Lisfranc dislocation, right foot Charcot collapse.
the procedure is:
Right achilles tendon lengthening.
Right Lisfranc open reduction and internal fixation, left medical column fusion and left lateral column fusion.
his report indicates ALL the metatarsals were dorsally dislocated. he only talks about ORIF on Metatarsal 1,4,5 but he says he put all them back in place.
did a fusion on the right medical column and right lateral column fusion
I'm very confused by his report.
do i use 28485 x 5, 28730 and 27685?
