Can someone help me find a list of now invalid ICD-9 codes. If I can find a list I won't have to go through the whole list from the IT department and verify each code.

Invalid ICD-9 codes

Yes, I am looking for the deleted codes for 2008. I can find several places including the ICD-9 book for the new codes but I can not find the ones that are no longer valid due to the new requirement of a 4 or 5 digit.

Any help is appreciated.
