I went into NGS.CMS and entered 31575, a cpt we use all the time.
I entered several other cpt with 0 results found.
does anyone else know where I can find a list of covered dx for cpt's when I have several to check?

You can search the Medicare Coverage Database on the CMS website here: https://www.cms.gov/medicare-coverage-database/search.aspx

It has data for all NCD and LCD. Be sure to filter by your location, otherwise you'll get results for all LCD across the country.
 
I should add that if you want to see a full list of LCD applicable to one particular state, you can do so on the Medicare Coverage Database.

Reports > Local Coverage > Final LCD Reports > Final LCDs By State Report

There's really a wealth of information on the site, so I'd recommend browsing around & seeing what kind of information can be pulled. It's good to be familiar with that resource!
