Does anyone code for LIVING LIVER donor backbench work?

I have been reporting this with unlisted 47399 but it often denies and appeals can be unsuccessful.

Any thoughts? HELP!

I code for Transplant but in my facility my surgeons have never perform a living liver donor transplant.
Could you post the Op. Notes.

The physician performs venous anastomosis during a backbench reconstruction of cadaver or living donor liver graft prior to allotransplantation. Previously procured iliac vein grafts from the liver donor are anastomosed to the veins of the donor liver as required. Multiple grafts may be required depending on anatomical variations found in the liver donor. Code 47146 is reported for each venous graft performed.
